Disable “Your computer might be at risk” Notification Balloon in Vista

Your computer might be at risk or Check your computer security ,Many People getting this weird balloon at startup, when user disabled UAC or Windows Updates or anything else.
Go to Control panel -> Security -> Security center
Left side you will see “Change the way Security center alerts me” then Select “Don’t Notify me,and Don’t Display icon”.
